“HR OnBoard NEXT” is En’s web-based tool that supports retention management by visualizing employee wellbeing through a monthly survey of five questions. Employees can respond easily using original “stamps” in automatically delivered surveys. Managers can monitor employee condition visually on a three-level scale—Sunny, Cloudy, or Rainy—and provide follow-up according to concrete advice. The tool offers end-to-end support, from early detection of changes in condition to implementing follow-up actions.
