“HR OnBoard” is an attrition prevention tool that visualizes early warning signs of employees leaving within their first year and provides actionable advice. For both new graduate and mid-career hires, three questions are sent each month during their first year of employment. Employees can respond easily using original “stamps”, while HR managers can visually monitor employee wellbeing on a three-level scale—Sunny, Cloudy, or Rainy. Additionally, free-text responses are automatically analyzed using an AI-powered natural language processing system*, enabling HR to quickly and accurately identify “SOS signals” from employees who may need support.
