en Japan launches English version of ASHIATO (reference check system) on January 27, 2022.
en Japan Inc. announced today that on January 27, 2022, the English version of their reference check system named “ASHIATO (https://ashiatohr.com/)” will be launched.
ASHIATO enables recruiting companies to collect candidate information which is useful for properly matching onboarding candidates to increase their chance of success in their next company. This differs significantly from ordinary reference check systems which are normally used for accessing negative information about candidates. Since its launch in October 2020, the Japanese version of “ASHIATO” has won popularity among many Japanese companies looking to ascertain the potential for success after joining their company which candidates may possess. As the service has grown, en Japan has received increased requests to provide an English version of ASHIATO from global companies running their business in Japan.
Through the launch of its English version, ASHIATO will extend the success after candidates join to more and more companies.
