en-College is an employee education service. You will acquire CareerSelectability®- the ability to be able to play a role no matter what the situation you are placed in as originally defined by en-japan. CareerSelectability consists of concepts and abilities in 26 items. We provide a wide range of courses – from those for new employees to those for management – with a focus on themes tied to those concepts and abilities. You can also take courses either in-person or with e-learning to suit the diversifying work styles of employees.
